I had booked and paid for door-to-door delivery, but on the day of delivery I was informed that I had to collect my bike from a location 18 km away from my home. This completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for door-to-door service, and I felt cheated.
To make matters worse, my bike was kept in poor conditions for 10 days before delivery, which was far beyond the expected delivery timeline communicated to me. Throughout the delay, there was very little clarity or proactive communication from the company.
When I raised the issue and asked for accountability, I was simply told that my complaint would be “reported.” No compensation or convenience charges were offered, even though I now have to spend around ₹1,800 to arrange transportation and collect my bike from the location they specified.My bike recovered had broken lights and damaged condition
Overall, this was a horrible experience. The company failed to deliver the service I paid for, provided poor communication, and showed no accountability or customer care when things went wrong. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

This was my 4 th time with packers and movers but this company has no rules and regulation no punctually no arrangements of things nothing at all . Their mangement was so poor that me and my family got irritaed and tired so much . We ourselves pack our parcels. Thery broke our almirah, bed sofa . And destroyed most of our ration . I was so disappointed with them in future i wll never call them and nor tell anyone about them .
