We utilize multi-layer protective packaging customized to the item type. Fragile glassware and crockery are wrapped in bubble film and cushioned in cellular partitions. Furniture is wrapped in foam and corrugated sheets. Electronic appliances receive moisture-barrier shrink wrap and corner guards.
All necessary packing materials (corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, tapes, and labels) are fully included in our comprehensive moving quotation. We maintain complete cost transparency with no unexpected surcharges on moving day.
Moving costs depend on the volume/weight of goods, distance between origin and destination, floor levels, elevator availability, vehicle carrier type (shared vs dedicated), and optional transit insurance value.
No. Once an on-site survey or digital inventory confirmation is finalized and agreed upon, the quoted price is fixed. Additional charges only occur if the customer adds extra items or changes the delivery destination after dispatch.
Transit insurance is optional for local shifts but strongly recommended for intercity and long-distance moves. It covers unpredictable risks like highway accidents, fire, theft, or severe weather conditions during transit.
For local shifting, booking 2 to 3 days in advance is sufficient. For interstate moves, especially during month-end or festive seasons, booking 5 to 7 days in advance allows optimal vehicle allocation and preferred time slots.

Cars are transported in specialized hydraulic multi-car carriers with wheel stoppers and safety belts. Two-wheelers are wrapped in 3 layers of foam and corrugated sheets, transported in covered freight containers without mixing with loose cargo.
