Terms & Conditions of Service
Welcome to Dev Packers and Movers. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a safe and efficient relocation for everyone.
1. Booking & Confirmation
To secure a slot, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of the agreed token amount. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested date is fully booked.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To help us help you, we ask that you:
- Declare High-Value Items: Please notify us of any items worth over ₹20,000 so we can take extra precautions.
- Empty Furniture: Please ensure wardrobes, drawers, and refrigerators are emptied before our team arrives.
- Secure Valuables: Please carry personal valuables like jewelry, cash, laptops, and important documents with you personally. We do not transport these items.
3. Restricted Items
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport:
- Flammable items (Fuel, Gas cylinders, Kerosene)
- Explosives or Corrosives (Batteries, Chemicals)
- Illegal goods or contraband
- Perishable foods or plants
4. Payments
We accept Cash, Bank Transfers, UPI, and Credit/Debit Cards. Full payment must be cleared before the final unloading of goods at the destination.
