Prohibited, hazardous, inflammable, perishable, liquid, or high-value items (cash, jewelry, sensitive legal documents) must not be packed inside moving cartons without prior written declaration. Dev Packers and Movers reserves the right to refuse transport of unsafe or prohibited articles.
6. Delays and Unforeseen Events
While we strive to adhere strictly to moving schedules, delays may occasionally occur due to road restrictions, adverse weather, highway traffic, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Liability & Protection
While Dev Packers and Movers exercises utmost care in handling your belongings, we are not liable for pre-existing defects, owner-packed items, or transit damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, or fire unless covered by valid transit insurance. Clients are strongly encouraged to opt for transit insurance.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests will be handled according to the company's Refund Policy. Reasonable deductions may apply for cancellations requested after vehicle dispatch, labor scheduling, or packing material allocation has begun.
