Specialized IT Infrastructure & Server Relocation Services
IT equipment forms the digital backbone of modern enterprises. Shifting sensitive server racks, network switches, SAN storage arrays, and workstations requires far more than generic moving skills - it demands technical precision, anti-static electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, and synchronized execution. At Dev Packers and Movers, our dedicated IT relocation division guarantees zero data loss and minimal operational downtime.
From single server room migrations to complete corporate data center relocations, our technical moving specialists handle every asset with total accountability.
Why IT Equipment Demands Specialized Care
Enterprise IT equipment contains delicate mechanical hard drives, optical fiber connectors, motherboard solder joints, and cooling fans sensitive to vibrations and static charge.
Our technicians use certified anti-static bubble packaging, custom foam cushioning, and air-suspension transit vehicles to completely isolate equipment from road vibrations and electrostatic shocks.
IT Assets We Relocate
- Blade servers, rack-mount servers & server chassis
- Network switches, routers, firewalls & patch panels

Our Technical Relocation Protocol
1. Cable Mapping & Port Labeling
Before de-racking, every patch cable, power chord, and network port is color-coded and mapped to guarantee rapid, error-free re-patching at the new data center.
2. Anti-Static Packaging & Custom Crating
Each server unit is encased in ESD-safe shielding bags, high-density foam shells, and placed inside shock-absorbing flight cases or custom wooden crates.
3. Dedicated Air-Cushioned Transit
We deploy dedicated vehicles equipped with GPS monitoring and climate management for long-distance data center transit.
4. Re-Racking & Power-On Testing
Our team assists your network engineers with physical re-racking, cable dressing, and power verification to ensure smooth system boots.
