Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Whether your transfer order got delayed or you found a different schedule, Dev Packers and Movers aims to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund structure is as follows:
- 7+ Days Before Move: 100% refund of the booking token/advance.
- 3–6 Days Before Move: 50% refund of the booking token/advance.
- 48 Hours or Less: No refund of the booking token (as we have already blocked labor and vehicles for you).
2. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to operational issues or safety concerns (e.g., severe weather conditions), we will issue a 100% full refund of any amount paid, regardless of the timing.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
4. Insurance Claims
Refunds for service cancellations are separate from Transit Insurance claims. If your goods are damaged during transit, claims will be processed according to the insurance policy terms provided at the time of booking.
