Refund Policy for Dev Packers and Movers

1. Introduction

In Dev Packers and Movers, we are dedicated to offer dependable and expert shifting assistance, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be considered for service-related issues, bookings and cancellations, by booking our services, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

2. Booking Confirmation

Booking is only confirmed only after the confirmation from both parties is completed, required payment or advance amount, clients are advised to review all service details carefully before confirming their hiring with Dev Packers and Movers.

3. Cancellation by Customer

If a customer wishes to cancel a booked service, the refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled moving date may be considered for a partial or full refund, depending on administrative, scheduling, and operational costs already incurred.

4. Late Cancellation

If the cancellation is made at the last moment or after service preparation has already started, Dev Packers and Movers may deduct reasonable charges for labor arrangements, vehicle booking, packing material preparation, and other service-related expenses. In such cases, only the remaining eligible amount, if any, may be refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in certain situations, including but not limited to last-minute cancellations or delays caused due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, incorrect information provided by the customer or unavailability of the customer at the pickup location such as government restrictions, weather, traffic or natural events.

6. Service Issues

If the clients experience a genuine service-related issue, they should report the matter to Dev Packers and Movers as soon as possible, we will review the complaint carefully and, where appropriate, may offer a reasonable alternative resolution, refund or adjustment depending on the nature of the problem.

7. Refund Processing

If there are any approved refunds then they will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by the company, refund processing time may vary depending on the internal verification requirements, payment provider and banking procedures.

8. No Guarantee of Full Refund

A refund request does not automatically guarantee a full refund, each request will be reviewed individually based on the reason for the claim, booking terms, cancellation timing and service status. Dev Packers and Movers reserves the right to make the final decision.
